A boxing program specifically designed by Professional Boxer and MMA Fighter, Tony Johnson.
This program provides you with both, technical instruction on “how to” box, and the conditioning needed to win a fight! It can also be utilized as a fun and competitive way to develop fitness and transform your body and mind.
Sessions are one hour in duration, and include a combination of mitt work, boxing drills, sport-specific conditioning, and eventually sparring with Tony himself. The goal of this unique and specialized program is to emulate a professional fighter’s training camp. You will sharpen and train your body and mind to tackle any challenge in life. Participants will enjoy not only the physical benefits of training for a fight, which include weight loss and increased lean muscle, but will also reap the mental benefits of stress-relief and increased self-confidence.
